Refund Policy

A legal disclaimer

We truly appreciate every single person who believes in SneakSync and what we're building. That’s why it pains us to say that, at this time, we do not offer refunds on any purchases.

We understand that this may be disappointing, and we don’t take this decision lightly. Our product is performance-based and physically worn—meaning that once it’s used, it absorbs sweat, body pressure, and motion patterns that can lead to light wear, minor material changes, or data-tracking degradation. Even after minimal use, we can’t guarantee the integrity or cleanliness of a returned product. In short, once it's out of our hands, we can’t safely or fairly pass it on to someone else.

We’re a small and growing team, committed to creating long-lasting tech and building trust. Instead of a refund system, we focus our energy on ensuring each unit is tested thoroughly before shipping and offering customer support that actually helps. If you ever experience a defect, malfunction, or something just feels off, reach out to us—we’ll make it right, whether that means a replacement or something else.

Thanks for understanding and supporting a product built from the ground up to help you move better.

About Us

SneakSync is a wearable designed for movement, not your wrist. We’re building a powerful pressure-sensing insole and heel attachment that tracks performance, movement, and impact, without making you wear a clunky watch. Why? Because athletes, hikers, and everyday walkers deserve more intuitive tools to understand their movement. We’re solving foot pain, poor posture, and missed data by focusing on where movement starts: the ground up.
